Ok so I am splitting up my cheat meals... I had one last night and plan to have one Friday - This means that I will be havng a protein only day today and on Saturday. I will not weigh in again till Monday - I am hoping that my next weigh in will be good. Must do lots of walking today AND drink loads of water.
