2nd week Bodytrim - am happy with these results thus far... I just need to keep this going week by week to reduce my body size once and for all!

 

Monday - day 8

Body trim - 2nd stage weight loss

weight: 99.7kg lost 4.1kg from last week

Tuesday - day 9

Wednesday - day 10

Body trim - 2nd stage weight loss (Protein only day)

 

Ok so I am splitting up my cheat meals... I had one last night and plan to have one Friday - This means that I will be havng a protein only day today and on Saturday. I will not weigh in again till Monday - I am hoping that my next weigh in will be good. Must do lots of walking today AND drink loads of water.
