Week 6

Page history last edited by Puamonxi 13 years, 1 month ago

Ok Week Six... yes I am still in this although it seems that my weight loss has been so slow over the last 5 weeks... almost 5kg lost on the first week then only 500g average for the next 4 weeks. I really need a good loss this week to boast my moral.

Bought a carton of egg whites again... these things are so handy and good value - $6.00 for 36 egg whites - gotta be happy with that! Gonna make a big bake with it.

I took some photos yesterday of my body... but have chosen not to share them as I can not see any difference in my body what so ever - think I may be better off taking them and sharing them at the end of this week anyways as it will be half way through. To see if anyone else can notice a difference.

New plan of attack this week... I will only eat beans with lunch as that is when I need it most but I will have a generous serve. I will keep my breakfast and dinner high protien with veggies - I will not have any fake sugars this week and I will also keep up with my kettlebell training.

Where did you say you got the egg whites? Coles?

And did you take your measurements?

Yeah I got the egg whites from Coles... from the freezer section, near the pastry.

Haven't taken my measurements yet... perhaps I should do that tonight!

I think weekly weigh ins are much better than daily. Last week I made the mistake of weighing myself a few times during the week, of course, I didn't show a loss and it really played with my head. But, come Saturday for my official weigh in and I was down 400 grams. Keep up the good work :)

yeah it is way off putting for me especially when I am tracking it online everyday.... thx Kim :)

I'm still weighing myself daily - but it is a nightmare when it goes the wrong way! Just today I did a bit of maths to calculate my "weight based on the average of the last 7 days" and tracked that instead for the time I've been 4HB-ing. It's brilliant! Shows a good steady weight loss without all the depressing little peaks (which in actual fact don't stop your progress).... I put the graphs on the blog.
