Don't know if I continue to show photos of every meal I eat as I will be eating a lot of the same - may get a little boring, maybe I'll just post up new photos. Still feeling good mind you I did feel a little grumpy this morning but I doubt it has anything to do with the diet ;)

Had my first cold shower last night... eased myself into the cold water - lasted 5 mins, wasn't too bad because I was so damm hot yesterday. We have been experiencing some pretty hot weather here over 35 degrees everyday!
Have woken up with a stiff sore neck this morning... must of slept funny last night. My boyfriend had the air conditioner cranked and the fan on I was so so cold - too sleepy/lazy/cold to get up and switch them off though. :P
Update: Just had a neck massage at chinatown on my lunch break - $5 for 5min OMG that was amazing! Feeling a lot less sore now :)

Well day 6 - Have almost finished a whole week! down 4.8kg - that is pretty awesome!
Cheat day tomorrow yay... I'm not really sure what I want to eat yet though. I will defiantly have a large cappuccino in the morning from a good coffee shop - have been missing my milky coffees so much! Will have to take photos of all my yum food tomorrow to share.
Been drinking stacks of cold water all week at least 3 liters per day and as Tim recommends I have been drinking at least 500mls of that upon waking. I find drinking lots of water does also fill your belly a little.
I made up a huge batch of lentils last night which consisted of - lentils, cabbage, spinach, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, ground coriander and tomato puree.

keep going @ this, you are right 12 weeks are nothing in comparison to a life time of impressions and social respect that you will gain once you are done!
GO GO GO! :)
cheers
