Yes I do... my normal morning routine is; wake 7:15 am - straight from bed to the toilet - then I weigh my self naked. I always do this every morning - then I go straight to the fridge and skull at least 500 mls of cold water to wake up my metabolism.

Thanks Kim - It almost makse me feel like giving up each time I screw up like this, but the thing is IF I did give up I would be right back where I started. Thanks for the kind words and I will Keep at it :)
